“Having been given the responsibility of sourcing a new coffee machine for our offices I made several enquiries to other companies who verbally offered to come and see me regarding our requirements. Having had several visits by a very persistent sales rep who from the moment he walked through the door presumed he had clinched the deal to one other telling me that I had to go to them half way down the M4 left me feeling a little deflated to say the least.”

“Then I came across NVCS”

“From the moment of our first conversation I was extremely impressed with his courteous and polite manner and he seemed to be extremely knowledgeable about the company, their products and what NVCS could offer us. Due to the large cost involved with buying a machine like this we were keen to make sure that prior to making our commitment that we were indeed getting value for money. We certainly got more than that, as Andy sent to us samples of the filter coffee first to try – and once we were happy with with that particular roast he kindly tried to arrange for me to visit an exhibition at Twickenham to see the Vitro machine in situ. Due to my work commitments I was unable to attend, and he had been proactive to arrange with the exhibition organisers, should I just turn up for me to meet with him and view the machine.”

“However his professionalism did not stop there, once he knew I was unable to go he then offered with James Bate to attend our offices with a Vitro Machine, various types of bean and for our Directors to try on site the coffee for themselves. What service !! Our Directors were so impressed with the service and being able to sample first hand the coffee on offer that of course what could they do but go ahead with the machine.”

“To be honest his care and attention to detail, his courteous emails and his calm and positive service have been amazing.. Even yesterday he came to install our machine and took time to go through the process of cleaning and dismantling it so that our cleaners and ourselves can use and maintain it effectively. He always responds quickly to any questions I may ask via email and nothing absolutely nothing is ever too much for him.”
